Patients that Inspire

“As a tight end for University of Alabama football, I suffered a torn hip muscle. I needed to get back in the game fast. I did my research and found Dr. Kevin Murphy. Thanks to my arthroscopic hip surgery, I was back to playing college ball without pain! I am thankful that I selected Dr. Murphy as my surgeon.”

-Colin P., University of Alabama tight end

“Dr. Murphy is one of our nation’s finest surgeons. His credentials and reputation prove it! There is no one I would trust more with my surgery.”

-Tony B., NFL offensive tackle

“I am 16 years old, and I swim competitively. I broke my tibia wakeboarding. It was a major injury for me with swimming. I am able to compete again thanks to Dr. Murphy. He was very straight forward with everything, he said it would be about a six week recovery and then I could progressively start getting back into the water. It’s been 13 weeks since my injury and I’ve already been back in the pool and swam in some competitions. The staff are welcoming and reassured me that I was going to be ok. If any of my teammates ever got injured, I would refer them to Southeast Orthopedic Specialists.”
